Are Sabine Essential products really all-natural?
Yes. Our hair and scalp care products are made in small batches with natural, botanical ingredients — herbs and oils chosen to nourish the scalp, strengthen strands, and support healthy hair. Each product page lists its key ingredients.
Which product is right for my hair type?
The fastest way to find out is our Hair Care Quiz. As a quick guide: for growth and thinning concerns, start with our Hair Growth Oil or the Rebirth line; for curls, our Curling Cream Custard and Curly Gel; for locs, the SolEther line (Co-Wash, Locks Oil, and Tonic Spray); for children age 2+, our gentle Kids line; and for beards and men's care, the King's line.
How much does shipping cost?
US shipping is a simple $7.99 flat rate on every order, no matter the size — always tracked. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination (USPS, UPS, or DHL).
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–15 business days depending on destination and carrier. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees charged by the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are personal hair and scalp care items, all sales are final — we can't accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been processed for shipping yet. Email Info@sabineessential.com with your order number as soon as possible.
How often should I use the Hair Growth Oil?
Apply a few drops directly to the scalp and massage in with your fingertips, 3–4 times a week (or daily as needed). Results vary from person to person and build with consistent use.
Are your Kids products safe for young children?
Our Kids line is formulated to be gentle on sensitive young scalps and is intended for children 2 years and older.
Do you test on animals?
No. Our products are crafted in small batches from natural botanical ingredients and are not tested on animals.
