Refund & Returns Policy

All sales are final

Because our products are hair and scalp care items used directly on the body, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons once an order has been placed. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or results that vary from person to person.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please email us at Info@sabineessential.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. If confirmed, we will send a replacement of the same item at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds in place of a replacement.

Order cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. If you need to cancel, email Info@sabineessential.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
