Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates — United States

We keep it simple: $7.99 flat-rate shipping on every US order, no matter the size.

Shipping rates — International

We ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL).

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–15 business days, depending on destination and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

International duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping charge.

Incorrect addresses & undeliverable packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows an issue or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email Info@sabineessential.com and we'll help you track it down with the carrier.
